We're pretty excited about Cider Week Virginia at Beyond the Flavor! So much so that we organized a Cider Cocktail Crawl through Charlottesville to test out the specialty drinks local restaurants have created using Virginia cider. Somebody had to do it!
We had such fun getting to know the guys behind Potter's Craft Cider, Dan and Tim. They were the sweetest hosts, and made us the best cider-braised chicken, duck fat potatoes, and greens. It was the perfect meal for a beautiful fall afternoon. Read their full story on Beyond the Flavor!
